Whyalla

G'day mates!

Just 4 more days and our daughter is coming, we are nearly in Perth but with the stories I'm far behind; still in South Australia!!

OK lets hurry; our trip from Broken Hill to Whyalla,

Movie time;

It's hot, blo....hot! We are in Whyalla waiting for some post: here is the story....

We are on a softball oval somewhere on the edge of Whyalla and actually that park isn't too bad wasn't it for the terrible wind which caused dust clouds and we were eating sand all the time. Because we didn't had power we just wanted the windows open in the caravan and you can imagine how the interior looked like in the end.
Also because of the heat, our neighbours ran their generator so they could run their air conditioner, Terrible!! Not only the noise but also the exhaust fumes made us flee.

The post we were waiting for had been send, according to their email on Monday and we went to the post office from Wednesday on every day and at Friday it still wasn't there. We've been waiting a whole week for nothing, normally it's not that bad but Whyalla isn't one of the most interesting places so it was a waist of time actually.

Then why do we have that big smile on our face??

The only thing what made our stay special, were the Dolphins !! We have seen them twice and that was AMAZING!

Aren't they smart??

They really look at you as human beings.....

More visitors...(they look as if they come out of the Muppet Show haha)

Hi sweety!

Please enjoy this movie;

When the post didn't came, we decided to go further to Arno Bay where friends were waiting for us.

Arno Bay

We had a few nice days in Arno Bay, in a caravan park right on the beach and the weather had changed into cool which was very welcome as I could clean the caravan a bit, undo it from the dust.

 Except for the heaps seaweed, the beach was lovely. And I walked every morning for half an hour with a brisk pace. I still have to get rid of some belly fat I gained during our Netherlands adventure, you remember, the Belgium Beer!

Not only the morning but also the sunset is incredible....

We had a few,  hips  hips.....to dlink.....

But....., I also did a nice walk, Fred had a bit trouble with his back so I went by myself;
(he is all well again!)

After a day with our friends, other friends of them also arrived and we had (again) some nice drinks, snacks and talks together.

It was very nice to have seen them again and we hope we will catch up again in the future, somewhere in Australia!

That's it again mates, hope you enjoyed it and hope to see you soon!

Cheers!
