Blue Mountains

Now (Sunday the 5th of May we are at family on the Gold Coast, a little bit Hinterland and I’m having some time to launch my new story, the one you are waiting for;

Friday 26 th April,

This is D-Day, we did the most spectacular walk ever. I know  few people who would have had a heart attack even by thinking about it. It is called “the National Pass” walk in the Blue Mountains. I have a fear of heights too but only had a few brrrr moments.

Watch, enjoy and fear;

Because the stairs were so steep, Danny walked backwards

We started at the conservation hut in Wentworth Falls......

having a sandwich

You must have noticed that I don’t write much but what is there to say??

sometimes there were a few slippery spots....

This was a brrrrr moment, look at where you walk!

As this is almost a speechless episode I herewith give you the website in which is explained how this path was build;

http://www.nationalpass.com.au/building-the-national-pass.php

I hope you enjoyed it and that you will be able one day, to walk this magnificent track! BUT be careful, this is not recommended for people with a heart-failure.

Till next time,

Cheers.

  2. You are such a brave lady! Wonderful surroundings.
XXXX
