Next
day we went to the Olga's (now called Kata Tjuta which means "many heads" in the local language) which was also very nice, it
is in the same national park as Uluru for which we had to pay $ 25.00 pp but
it's worth it.
The Olga's are soo big you really feel very small when you walk through them;
The Olga's are soo big you really feel very small when you walk through them;
Just
look at the pictures and you will understand I don’t have much comments to add;
First we started the Valley of the winds walk but that was so steep we decided to go back. On our way back to the car park a small blue and yellow snake glided over the path in front of us, unfortunately it was too quick to make a picture.
We drove to an other part of the Olga's which we walked The Walpa Gorge walk, very nice;
After the walk we had the same concept; our late breakfast changed into a brunch and again, on a very beautiful spot.....
On our way back to the caravan park we drove passed Uluru and had one more look at it
At the caravan park......
As I told before, this park has a lookout named Naninga of where we could see the Olga's and Uluru at sunset.....
a nice ramp to go up so even attainable for wheelchairs.....
That was it again mates! Till next time!
Cheers.
Mooi stukje buitenaardse foto's allemaal weer. Ook in de volgende blog.
